How do I JOIN this "merged board" list?

There's nothing on the left column that allows me to join this "board of all boards" - I clikced on the members list to see if I jsut showed up, and I didnt.... Can someone let me know how to join this "merged group" it seems like this is the epi-center of the Constitution groups!

thanks Ed- I'd hate to unjoin, and rejoin, just to be listed here, b/c Im the moderator and dont want to put that in jeopardy by un-joining, thne re-joining, ahg!
Thanks for the note, and it turns out that the moderator [or some ADmin person who asnwers the help emails] told me its also aboutthe most recent 250 people, ...but maybe there's also something to that newer member -since Nov-2004 thing you said too!
