Oct 3 12:00 PM	West Alabama State Fair (Tuscaoosa) 1 attended (est.) – No rating yet The Constitution Party of Alabama will have a booth space at the 2009 West Alabama State Fair October 3---October 10th Sokol Park (Watermelon Road, Tuscaloosa, AL,) “The operating hours for the fair are Mon-Thursday 5-11 p.m.; Friday 5-12; Sat 12-12; and Sunday 2-8p.m. However, most people leave around 9p.m. or so each night.” We need volunteers to help maintain the booth, sign up new members, distribute copies, and make runs to the printer as needed. We will have party t-shirt available for donations to the party, free no gov’t healthcare signs etc…If you can come by for ½ hour or several hours we can use you. The event is hosted by the Rainy Day Patriots and will be at the Verizon Wireless Music Center in Pelham at 5:30 - 9 pm. Gates open at 4:30pm. They are planning to have entertainment, book signings, bands, speakers, flag and t-shirt vendors, food, drinks, and fireworks. We need volunteers to help maintain the booth. Featured speakers will be the Constitution Party’s 2008 Presidential candidate Chuck Baldwin and his Vice Presidential running mate Darrell Castle. Live music by Ryan Coleman. Other surprise guests are also anticipated. We will have a morning session at 9am and an afternoon session at 1pm. Space is limited so get your reservations in early! Take (exit 132) off (Interstate I59) for 1st Ave N/US-11 N for (.4 miles), then merge onto 1st Ave N/AL-7/US-11 Continue to follow AL-7/US-11 (1.9 miles) the restaurant will be on your right.
